Cancellation Policy

We can't wait to service you! Deposit & Booking Policy Deposit The $100 deposit fee secures your group booking. This deposit will be put towards your final payment. This deposit is only refundable if you cancel 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable. Final Payment Processing You may pay in full online or in person. If you choose to pay in person, your final payment will be processed during or after services are rendered. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that you respect our time, just as we respect yours. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment Same-day cancellations No-shows 15 mins late into the appointment, with no prior communication of still attending the appointment will result in your deposit of $100 being non-refundable. Tipping & Add-On Services During your appointment or at checkout, you will have the option to: Add gratuity Include additional services Close out your tab Once completed, a receipt will be sent via email for your records. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance As a HIPAA-regulated wellness and aesthetics provider, your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your information without your consent.
