We can't wait to service you! Payment Authorization & Booking Policy Authorization Hold To provide a smooth and secure booking experience, a valid card on file is required to book an appointment. This is not a charge. You may choose to pay in full online during your initial booking or pay in person. Final Payment Processing If you choose to pay in person, your final payment will be processed during or after services are rendered. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that you respect our time, just as we respect yours. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment Same-day cancellations No-shows will result in a $30 missed appointment fee, charged to the card on file. Additional Charges There are no additional fees unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs, or you choose to add services during your visit. Tipping & Add-On Services During your appointment or at checkout, you will have the option to: Add gratuity Include additional services Close out your tab Once completed, a receipt will be sent via email for your records. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance As a HIPAA-regulated wellness and aesthetics provider, your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your information without your consent.
