Cancellation Policy

Reserving Your Pass To secure your spot, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. This is simply an authorization hold — not a charge. You're welcome to pay in full at the time of booking or settle your balance in person on the day of your visit. Either way, your reservation is confirmed and your experience is ours to prepare. Final Payment If you choose to pay in person, your balance will be collected at the close of your visit. A receipt will be sent to your email. Cancellations , Late Arrival & No-Shows We hold your appointment exclusively for you, which means we decline other guests to protect your time. In return, we ask for the same respect. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in a $30 missed appointment fee charged to the card on file. If something comes up, please reach out as early as possible — we're always happy to work with you when we can. Add-Ons & Gratuity During your visit or at checkout, you're welcome to add any additional services, include gratuity for your provider, or close out your tab at your own pace. There's no rush. Additional charges only apply if you choose to add something — never automatically. Your Privacy As a HIPAA-regulated provider, your personal and health information is handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information without your explicit consent. Ever.
