The Discovery Pass Some things you have to experience for yourself. The Discovery Pass is your introduction to The Sanctuary — two 30-minute services, lounge access, and enough time to remember what it feels like to slow down. No rushing. No agenda. Just you, your robe, and time that is entirely yours. Self Care Unlocked The Self Care Unlocked Pass includes one full 60-minute service, a 30-minute follow-up treatment, and unhurried time in our lounge before or after. This is the pass many guests return for — because once you unlock this version of self care, it’s hard to settle for less. The Grand Retreat This is the full experience. Two 60-minute services, a relaxation moment between them, and complete access to The Sanctuary lounge from the moment you arrive. No shortcuts. No rushing. Just intentional care designed around you. Cancellation Policy
Reserving Your Pass To secure your spot, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. This is simply an authorization hold — not a charge. You're welcome to pay in full at the time of booking or settle your balance in person on the day of your visit. Either way, your reservation is confirmed and your experience is ours to prepare. Final Payment If you choose to pay in person, your balance will be collected at the close of your visit. A receipt will be sent to your email. Cancellations , Late Arrival & No-Shows We hold your appointment exclusively for you, which means we decline other guests to protect your time. In return, we ask for the same respect. If you are more than 15 mins late, this will result in a $20 late arrival fee. We will only waive this fee if you contact us 30 mins before your scheduled appointment time, to let us know of your late arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in a $30 missed appointment fee charged to the card on file. If something comes up, please reach out as early as possible — we're always happy to work with you when we can. Add-Ons & Gratuity During your visit or at checkout, you're welcome to add any additional services, include gratuity for your provider, or close out your tab at your own pace. There's no rush. Additional charges only apply if you choose to add something — never automatically. Your Privacy As a HIPAA-regulated provider, your personal and health information is handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information without your explicit consent. Ever. We take every concern seriously and will always work to make it right, promptly and respectfully. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
