15-Minute Focus Massage A quick massage focused on one area of your choice, such as your back, neck, shoulders, hands, or feet. 1-Hour Massage/ Couples Massage Enjoy 30 minutes of body massage + 30 minutes of foot massage for a full hour of relaxation. Hot stones are not included and must be added separately. 1-Hour Head Spa Immerse your scalp in self-care. Enjoy a relaxing scalp treatment designed to stimulate blood flow, support healthy hair growth, and relieve tension. 1-Hour Facial Choose any facial or let your esthetician customize your treatment based on your skin's needs and goals. Spa Lounge Pass Slow down and relax in our private spa lounge. Get comfortable in a robe and slippers, enjoy a mocktail, TV, and more while you unwind before or after your spa experience.
Cancellation Policy
We can't wait to service you! Payment Authorization & Booking Policy Authorization Hold To provide a smooth and secure booking experience, a valid card on file is required to book an appointment. This is not a charge. You may choose to pay in full online during your initial booking or pay in person. Final Payment Processing If you choose to pay in person, your final payment will be processed during or after services are rendered. A 3% card processing fee is applied to credit and debit card payments to cover payment processing costs. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that you respect our time, just as we respect yours. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment Same-day cancellations No-shows 15 mins late into appointment, with no prior communication of still attending appointment will result in a $30 missed appointment fee, charged to the card on file. Additional Charges There are no additional fees unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs, or you choose to add services during your visit. Tipping & Add-On Services During your appointment or at checkout, you will have the option to: Add gratuity Include additional services Close out your tab Once completed, a receipt will be sent via email for your records. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance As a HIPAA-regulated wellness and aesthetics provider, your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your information without your consent.
