• Each Spa Buck equals $1 in value.

• Members pay $100 per month and receive 100 Spa Bucks added to their account.

• Spa Bucks can be used to book any service or purchase products.

• You can earn them, spend them, or buy more anytime.

Regular Client

• Pay the full price in dollars for each service

• No credits or rollovers

• Standard booking access

• No membership perks

Spa Bucks Member

• Pay $100/month → receive $100 Spa Bucks

• Services are redeemed in Spa Bucks (ex: Massage = 45 Spa Bucks instead of paying $60 cash)

• Earned unused Spa Bucks roll over into the next month

• Earn bonus Spa Bucks through referrals & promotions

• Option to buy extra Spa Bucks at a discount

• Access to member perks & priority booking

• You may cancel your Spa Bucks Membership at any time.

• However, once your first appointment of the month has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

• Any remaining Spa Bucks must be used within the current billing cycle.

• Your membership will then end at the close of that month, and you will not be charged for the following month.

Example: It’s August 1st and your monthly membership fee is charged. You schedule your first appointment and receive the service. After that appointment, you decide you’d like to cancel and request a refund. At this point, a refund cannot be provided. You must use the remainder of your Spa Bucks for August, and your membership will be canceled for September.

No. Spa Bucks are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who holds the active membership.

Yes! You may gift Spa Bucks, but there are a few rules:

• Spa Bucks can only be redeemed by someone with a Spa Bucks Membership account.

• If the recipient does not already have an account, you can provide us with their first name, last name, phone number, and email address.

• We’ll reach out to them to let them know you’ve gifted Spa Bucks, and they will need to create a membership account in order to redeem them.

• Monthly Spa Bucks: Yes. Your 100 Spa Bucks provided with your monthly membership must be used within the same month or they will expire.

• Earned Spa Bucks: Bonus or earned Spa Bucks (through referrals, promotions, etc.) will roll over to the next month but must be used within that current and following month.

At this time, memberships cannot be paused. You may cancel at any time and rejoin later.

• Your account is always updated with your current Spa Bucks balance.

• You’ll also receive email and text notifications before and after each appointment showing how many Spa Bucks you have.
